HOW TO
SETUP YOUR ACCOUNT
We leverage Asana as our primary project management tool to streamline task management, monitor project statuses, and track deadlines effectively. With Asana, we create comprehensive lists of tasks, assign responsibilities, set due dates, and keep track of progress in real-time. This allows us to ensure seamless collaboration, maintain transparency, and deliver projects on time. Additionally, Asana enables us to connect our clients directly to their projects, facilitating easy tracking and fostering direct communication. Clients can view progress, comment on tasks, and stay updated on project developments effortlessly.
You'll receive an email invitation to join your project. Navigate to your dashboard, where you'll find your project listed under "Projects" on the left-hand side of the screen. Here, you'll have visibility into all of our tasks we have for you and their progress. Your role will be that of a COMMENTER, granting you the ability to track tasks, view progress, and provide feedback or revisions. Below are some tips to assist you in navigating this process seamlessly.

You can attach photos as well as videos and other documents in the comments section for each corresponding task. If your images are too large, we suggest using www.WeTransfer.com to send them.
Please be sure to turn ON email notifications in your settings. This will give you notifications of updates on your project as well as an email when someone tags you in a comment.
To notify a task team member directly, you can use an @ symbol and type in their name and they will receive an email to your comment.
