Questionnaire: Fill out this questionnaire ONCE A MONTH - this is important so we have updated info about your business and what's going on.
Photos + Video: Authentic photos and short videos of your business, employees etc..
Submit ALL high resolution photos by WeTransfer.com (We will choose the best photos for each post) NO Texting of Photos
Advanced Scheduling: In order to effectively design and schedule posts for your social media platforms, we require a minimum of one week's notice. Here's how the process works: After content is planned on Day X, it takes 3-5 business days for design and scheduling. Subsequently, the post will appear on your social media pages 3-5 days after that. Therefore, from the initial inception of content in Asana, it will take a minimum of 6-10 days to be visible on your social media channels. We recognize that there may be occasional urgent posts, and in such cases, we encourage you to contact us directly via phone or email to discuss, ensuring clarity and alignment on both ends.
