Credit Card Authorization & Payment Policy
By submitting this form, you authorize StandOut Design & Marketing to securely receive and use the payment information provided for approved services, advertising expenses, recurring charges, project deposits, outstanding balances, and other business-related charges that you have requested, approved, or agreed to.
This authorization may be used for payments related to, but not limited to, website design, website maintenance, graphic design, printing, marketing services, social media advertising, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, listing management, email marketing, software subscriptions, third-party platform fees, and other approved services or expenses.

Authorization to Use Payment Information
By submitting your payment information, you authorize StandOut Design & Marketing to enter, save, or use your payment method within approved third-party platforms when needed to complete services on your behalf. These may include platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, QuickBooks, Wix, Stripe, printing vendors, marketing platforms, or other service-related systems required to complete the work you have requested.
You understand that certain charges may be processed directly by StandOut Design & Marketing, while other charges may be billed directly by third-party platforms, including advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Meta/Facebook Ads.

Approved Charges
Your card may be charged for:

• One-time project deposits or balances

• Monthly recurring service fees

• Website maintenance or hosting-related services

• Advertising management fees

• Approved advertising budgets

• Print, design, marketing, or production-related expenses

• Rush fees, add-ons, or additional services approved by you

• Past-due balances or unpaid invoices

StandOut Design & Marketing will only use your payment information for services, expenses, or charges connected to your account, project, or approved business relationship with us.

Advertising Platform Charges
If your card is used for advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, or similar services, you understand that those platforms may bill your card directly based on their own billing cycles, thresholds, policies, and terms.

Advertising charges are controlled by the advertising platform and may occur at different times than StandOut Design & Marketing service charges. StandOut Design & Marketing is not responsible for billing delays, billing thresholds, declined payments, platform errors, advertising account holds, or changes made by third-party platforms.

Payment Authorization
By submitting this form, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• The billing information submitted is accurate.

• You authorize approved charges connected to your services.

• You understand that charges may be one-time, recurring, or usage-based depending on the service.

• You agree to notify StandOut Design & Marketing immediately if the card is lost, stolen, canceled, replaced, or no longer valid.

• You agree to provide updated payment information if your payment method is declined or expires.

Security & Handling of Payment Information
StandOut Design & Marketing takes reasonable steps to limit access to submitted payment information and restricts access to authorized team members only. Payment information is used for business-related billing and approved service setup purposes.

For security reasons, payment information should not be submitted by email, text message, social media message, or any other unsecured communication method. This form is the preferred method for submitting payment details when requested by StandOut Design & Marketing.

Once your payment information has been entered into the appropriate billing or advertising platform, StandOut Design & Marketing may delete, archive, or limit access to the original submission when it is no longer needed for business or billing purposes.

Third-Party Platforms
Some services require the use of third-party platforms, including but not limited to Google, Meta/Facebook, QuickBooks, Wix, Stripe, printing vendors, email marketing platforms, listing management tools, and advertising systems.

By submitting this form, you authorize StandOut Design & Marketing to use your payment information within these platforms when needed to perform the services you requested. Each third-party platform may have its own payment terms, refund policies, billing schedules, privacy practices, and security standards.

StandOut Design & Marketing is not responsible for the internal billing practices, policy changes, account restrictions, platform errors, or security practices of third-party providers.

Declined Payments & Failed Billing
If a payment is declined, fails, is disputed, or cannot be processed, StandOut Design & Marketing may pause work, delay project timelines, suspend services, stop advertising campaigns, withhold deliverables, or require another payment method before continuing work.
You are responsible for any unpaid balances, declined payment fees, chargeback fees, collection costs, or other costs connected to failed or disputed payments, where allowed by law.

Refunds & Disputes
Payments made to StandOut Design & Marketing are subject to our service agreement, proposal, invoice terms, or written approval connected to the project or service.

Advertising spend, third-party platform charges, printing costs, domain fees, software fees, and other outside vendor costs are generally non-refundable once approved, submitted, processed, printed, published, or spent.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, you agree to contact StandOut Design & Marketing directly before filing a dispute or chargeback so we have the opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

Cancellation of Authorization
You may cancel this authorization by providing written notice to StandOut Design & Marketing. Cancellation of this authorization does not cancel any existing balance owed, approved project, active advertising campaign, recurring service agreement, or third-party platform charge already incurred before cancellation was received and processed.

Agreement
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Credit Card Authorization & Payment Policy. You authorize StandOut Design & Marketing to use the payment information provided for approved business services, billing, advertising setup, recurring charges, and related expenses connected to your account.
